Andy Murray has battled back to take his French Open first-round match against Radek Stepanek to a fifth set.
Murray resumed at 3-6 3-6 6-0 4-2 overnight and had to cling on with his first service game, surviving a break point for his 37-year-old opponent.
The Scot, seeded number two at Roland Garros, then had a set point in Stepanek's next service game but the Czech held him off with some impressive shot-making.
Murray then held serve to take the fourth set 6-3 and force a decider.
